Paul Clampitt / Founder & Chairman
Paul Clampitt is the Chairman of Institution Solutions, a company he founded in 1996. Since then, Paul has been steward over an impressive period of growth and achievement, making his company one of the leading third-party administrators of insurance products in the affinity market space. Prior to leading Institution Solutions, Paul was President and CEO of the brokerage firm Financial Fitness and Vice President of Sales at Allied Solutions.
He attended the Southwest CUNA Management School at the University of Houston and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin.
Paul is a Board Member for the Professional Insurance Marketing Association (PIMA) and a frequent speaker at Industry Conferences, most recently PIMA's 2013 Affinity Summit.
Greg Hagan / SVP Sales
Greg Hagan is the Senior Vice President of Sales for both Institution Solutions & Alloy Insurance Partners. Greg has served the financial institution industry nationally for the past 28 years and brings a wealth of diversity and knowledge to both organizations. Prior to joining, Greg has held executive sales positions at Insuritas, Pentegra Retirement Services and Tax Refund Express / Credit Union Tax Services / CUTS Performance Marketing. He has also held positions at Allied Solutions and SWBC.
Greg’s comprehensive understanding of the marketplace and proven experience in working with Credit Union partners, associations and insurance carriers is an asset to the core goals and business development efforts. His leadership is focused on building a national sales team and expanding our 500 plus partner footprint in the industry while becoming the leading authority for delivering insurance products and services to Credit Unions. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas State University (SWT).
